American Breakfast Eggs Potato

Eggs baked in Hash Browns

Easy to make and filling breakfast for the weekend, crack eggs onto the hash browns and bake ’em…

On weekends, I want to have something fancy for my breakfast brunch. Last weekend, I tried the eggs baked in hash browns by following Gordon Ramsay’s recipe and it turned out perfect.

Hash browns are basically seasoned shredded or grated potatoes that’s been pan fried.

This is my Man’s current favorite weekend brunch dish. I love the fact that it’s easy to make and makes a fun and exciting brunch.
