Healthy Spinach Apple Smoothie

Healthy yet delicious, my favorite spinach and apple smoothie…

I’ve been enjoying this smoothie as my on the go breakfast for the past few days. I’m absolutely in love with this smoothie;  rich in fiber and nutrients and is an instant energy booster. Not just healthy, it tastes delicious too: my Man finished a glass of this smoothie- the verdict 😀

Healthy Spinach Apple Smoothie

  • Spinach leaves, organic- 1 cup
  • Apple, peeled- 1
  • Instant oats- 2 tbsp
  • Almonds, whole- 5 (I used the skin as well)
  • Coconut water- 1¼ cups
  • Honey- 2 tsp
  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and puree till smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
