I’ve been enjoying this smoothie as my on the go breakfast for the past few days. I’m absolutely in love with this smoothie; rich in fiber and nutrients and is an instant energy booster. Not just healthy, it tastes delicious too: my Man finished a glass of this smoothie- the verdict 😀

Healthy Spinach Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
- Spinach leaves, organic- 1 cup
- Apple, peeled- 1
- Instant oats- 2 tbsp
- Almonds, whole- 5 (I used the skin as well)
- Coconut water- 1¼ cups
- Honey- 2 tsp
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and puree till smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
