fish fritters-in tomato sauce

Great way to turn fish into a fancy dish…

This is more of an Indo Chinese dish, fish is made into fritters and then it’s stir fried in a sauce. Since I used tilapia which is a very mild tasting fish, I didn’t feel like I was eating fish. Tasted so delicious and this is quite a great way to serve fish.
