  • Ripe Banana- 1
  • Red delicious apple- 1
  • Granola clusters- ½ cup (or add cereal)
  • Flax seeds- 1 tsp
  • Milk- 1 cup (or add almond milk or coconut milk)
  • Water- ½ cup
Instructions
  1. Add all the above-mentioned ingredients to a blender jar, blend smooth.
