A warm welcome to 2015! Let this year bring peace, prosperity, happiness and good health to everyone. My motto is to live the moment, not to hurt anyone and to appreciate all the goodness and blessings. It’s all going to be good.

welcome 2015

My man and I had a very quiet New year’s eve celebration in our home, we watched some movies and had some quality time together. Any day, I would prefer spending time with my Man than partying hard with friends. Usually, we would go out for a date night at a fine dining restaurant. This time, we totally forgot to make the restaurant reservation ahead of time. I tried to get the reservation at the eleventh hour, most of the restaurants were booked up. I wasn’t disappointed, I felt good that I can whip up something real quick and just laze around in my pyjamas.

I felt like having a delicious Asian chicken salad as I love the Asian marinades and dressings. It didn’t take me long, I made this chicken salad pretty quickly. My man loved this salad and we cleaned up our plates. Now, that was one healthy dinner we had for New year’s eve.
