Delicious & healthy air-fried cauliflower fritter stir fry…
This is a popular Indo-Chinese appetizer. Instead of deep-frying, I’ve air-fried the cauliflower fritters & then stir-fried with sauces. Will be ready in less than 30 minutes, tastes delicious & is a perfect vegetarian appetizer, or can be served with rice or noodles.
