Basil Chicken Main Dish Thai

Thai Hot and Sweet Chicken Stir fry

Thai style- hot and sweet chicken-stir fry

Thai style chicken and veggie stir fry, aromatic and delicious…

One of my favorite cuisines is Thai cuisine. Thai dishes are aromatic, refreshing and delicious. In this dish, chicken coated with flour is first shallow fried, then combined with veggies and a nice sweet sauce is poured over it and stir fried. Brown sugar imparts the sweetness and dry red chili flakes gives a nice hotness to this dish.
