Middle Eastern Chicken Salad- With Pomegranate Molasses Dressing

When it comes to vibrant, healthy, and flavourful dishes, Middle Eastern salads never disappoint. Recently, I prepared a refreshing Middle Eastern salad featuring a pomegranate molasses dressing that elevated it to the next level. The combination of fresh vegetables, chicken, crunchy textures, and a tangy-sweet dressing made it the perfect dish to savour and share.

Middle Eastern cuisine has always been a favourite of mine for its bold flavours and wholesome ingredients. This salad draws inspiration from classic dishes like Fattoush but with a twist: a pomegranate molasses dressing that adds a burst of sweet and tangy goodness. It’s perfect as a side dish or even as a light, satisfying meal on its own.
