I love to eat hot dog this way, quite weird, huh?
I’ve tried many times to eat hot dogs in the traditional way: after grilling or just microwaving it and placed in a bun topped with mustard/ketchup etc, but in vain I couldn’t just devour it. Hence I had to find a different way to make myself like hot dogs. Now, this is how I eat hot dogs, after mixing it with mixed beans or chick peas and seasoned with some spices. This way I can enjoy the taste of hot dogs along with other flavors. This recipe is basically the same as making chana masala, here I’ve used hot dogs and mixed beans instead of chick peas. If you are a pure vegetarian, you could just use chick peas or mixed beans.
I’ve also tried making omelette using hot dogs, it kind of worked for me. But for my husband, it has been always grilled hot dogs!
