I try to blend different fruits while making juices & smoothies, sweeten them with honey or maple syrup & top with chia seeds/pomegranate seeds, etc.
Mango Dates Drink

Ingredients
- Ripe Mango, diced- 1
- Dates, pitted- 2
- Water- 1 cup
- Honey- 2 tbsp (or maple syrup or sugar)
- Pomegranate- 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Into a blender jar, add mango, dates, honey & water.
- Blend well.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Top with pomegranate & enjoy!
Pomegranate Banana Dates Drink

- Pomegranate- 2 tbsp
- Water- ½ cup
- Banana, ripe- 1
- Dates, pitted- 2
- Pomegranate, for topping- 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Into the blender jar, add 2 tbsp pomegranate & water.
- Blend well.
- Strain the pomegranate juice & discard the seeds.
- Into the blender jar, add banana, dates & pomegranate juice.
- Blend well.
- Pour the juice into a tall glass.
- Top with pomegranate & enjoy!

- Orange segments- from 1 navel orange
- Water- 1 cup
- Maple syrup- 2 tbsp (or honey or sugar)
- Chia seeds or basil seeds, soaked- 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Into a blender jar, add pomegranate, orange & water.
- Blend well.
- Strain the juice into a tall glass.
- Add maple syrup or honey or sugar, combine well.
- Top with soaked chia seeds or basil seeds.
- Enjoy!
