- Carrot, diced- 1, large
- Potatoes, diced- 2, medium-sized
- Tomatoes, diced- 1
- Cauliflower, florets- 1 cup

- Chili Powder- 1 tsp

Instructions
- Turn on the Instant Pot.
- Add the above-mentioned ingredients to the stainless steel pot. Combine well.
- Close the pot with the lid.
- Select pressure cook mode, set time to 3 minutes at high pressure.
- Click start if using IP Ultra model.
- After 3 minutes of pressure cooking, do a quick pressure release.
