- Dates, pitted- 2
- Ground flax seeds- 1 tbsp
- Almonds, whole- 3
- Peanut or Almond butter- 1 tbsp
- Milk- 1 cup (or add oat milk, almond milk)
- Water- ½ cup
- This recipe can be customized based on your needs by adding peanut or almond butter.
- Instead of milk, oat milk or almond milk can be added.
- Instead of ground flax seeds, 1 tsp whole flax seeds can also be added.
- To a smoothie maker, add all the ingredients & blend well.
- I've added a combination of milk & water.
