When it comes to quick and flavorful weeknight dinners, stir-fries are a go-to option for many of us. Today, I’m bringing a taste of China to your kitchen with my Chinese-style soy tuna, broccoli soy sauce stir-fry, and green beans soy sauce stir-fry.
I find broccoli & soy sauce get along so well, if you’re someone who dislikes broccoli try stir-frying broccoli with soy sauce I’m pretty sure you’re gonna love it.
Whenever I buy tuna steaks, I like to pan fry them (I like well-done tuna so I tend to pan fry rather than searing) after seasoning with ground black pepper & salt & while pan frying I add soy sauce, sesame seeds & sesame oil. If you like seared tuna, you can sear it at high heat & cook for 2 minutes on each side.
These dishes are not only easy to prepare but also bursting with savory flavors that will leave your taste buds dancing.
