Instant Pot Beef and Basmati Rice- Beef Pulao or Pilaf- One Pot Meal

Perfect One-Pot meal made in the Instant Pot: Beef Pulao or Beef and Basmati Rice.

I’ve used stew cut beef to make this dish. Basmati rice has to be used, it’s the most flavorful rice. Since the rice is cooked along with beef and the gravy, rice will taste extremely tasty and aromatic.

Make sure there is enough liquid while cooking rice, rice: water ratio should be 1 cup: 1 1/4 cups.

I had to add additional 1/2 cup water to make the liquid to 3 1/4 cups as I’ve added 3 cups of basmati rice.

You can replace stew cut beef with ground beef, ground beef and rice can be cooked together for 6 minutes, here is the video link: https://youtu.be/m_Q-3Q8xZZs
