Crispy, crunchy, succulent, irresistible sesame chicken lollipops, YUM YUM YUM…
Have you ever wondered what part of the chicken turns into a lollipop? You wouldn’t find chicken lollipops sold at a meat store. I used to always think from where can I possibly get chicken lollipops. Well, the answer is we can turn chicken wings into lollipops. All these years I had thought that shaping up a chicken lollipop out of chicken wings is quite tedious and almost impossible for me to do. So, I just ignored trying it.
Chicken lollipops are served as an appetizer in most of the Indo-Chinese restaurants in India. I’ve had chicken lollipops from many restaurants. However, in North America, chicken lollipops are not that popular, maybe because people here are behind chicken wings.
Yay!!! I finally made chicken lollipops! I bought a bag of chicken wings and made lollipops out of the wings. After making a few lollipops, I figured out it was not that hard.
While making it, I thought about those who would be craving for chicken lollipops, but don’t quite know how to shape it from a wing. For those people, I’ve made a short video showing how to make chicken lollipops out of chicken wings. I think this video would give basic information about how to shape a lollipop from a wing.
