Watermelon Pineapple Drink- Refreshing Summer Drink

Watermelon pineapple drink is a refreshing and delicious beverage made by blending watermelon and pineapple together. The drink is perfect for hot summer days when you need something to cool you down and quench your thirst.

To make the drink, you will need watermelon, ripe pineapple, and a blender. First, rind from the watermelon and cut it into chunks. Next, remove the skin and core from the pineapple and cut it into chunks as well.

Add the watermelon chunks to the blender and blend until smooth. Pour the juice into a pitcher. Next, juice the pineapple chunks, strain the juice & discard the pulp. Combine watermelon & pineapple juice.

You can also add soaked basil seeds & some ice cubes to make the drink colder and more refreshing.

Watermelon is a great source of hydration as it contains 92% water, and it is also packed with essential vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C and potassium. Pineapple, on the other hand, is rich in vitamin C and bromelain, an enzyme that aids in digestion.

This drink is a tasty and healthy beverage that is easy to make and perfect for summer days.

  • Watermelon, cut into chunks- 3 cups
  • Water or coconut water- 1½ cups
  • Ripe Pineapple, cut into chunks- 2 cups
  • Water or coconut water- 1½ cups
  • Soaked basil seeds- 3 tbsp
  • Ice cubes
  1. To a blender jar, add watermelon cut into chunks along with water or coconut water & blend well.
  2. Pour the watermelon juice into a pitcher.
  3. To the blender jar, add ripe pineapple chunks along with water or coconut water & blend well.
  4. Pour the pineapple juice into a strainer & strain the juice, discard the pulp.
  5. Combine watermelon & pineapple juice.
  6. I've also added soaked basil seeds, this is optional.
  7. Add a few ice cubes, combine well.
  8. Pour into glasses & enjoy this refreshing drink.
