Health Benefits of Fruits and Vegetables – A to Z List

Stop searching for healthy life, it’s right next to you..

Who would say NO to fruits?  I can think about a big NO when it comes to Veggies. I used to be a picky veggie eater when I was a kid. As a kid we all have heard one thing from our moms at the dining table over and over, almost everyday:  eat your veggies; it’s good for your eyes, bones, health, blah blahhh…The more we were forced to eat veggie, the more we hated it.

My mom used to do all the tricks to make me eat the veggie; juice ’em, stew ’em, soup ’em, when she figured out that these doesn’t seem to work, she even made desserts out of ’em. However, over the years things got changed as I became more clear about what actually is in these veggies and what I would benefit out of these.

After the advent of internet, it became easy for me to do some research about fruits and veggie, in fact about everything I eat. When I became aware about the health benefits of all different fruits and veggies, I now try to include all these amazing natural things in my diet. The best thing about fruits are that we just have to wash and eat them, as simple as we want. Even some of the veggies are of this criteria, wash and eat them as such or make a hearty salad out of them.
