Beef Strips Noodle Stir Fry- Asian Recipe

Whenever I pick up a pack of beef strips, there’s only one thing on my mind- beef strips noodle stir fry. It’s my absolute favourite dish. It’s quick, packed with flavours, and hits that perfect balance between hearty and fresh. Whether I’m cooking for just myself or my family, this dish never fails to satisfy.

If you’re looking for a quick, wholesome, and utterly satisfying meal, this beef strips noodle stir fry is the way to go. It’s a one-pan wonder that’s perfect for weeknights or even a special dinner at home.

Beef Strips Noodle Stir Fry- Asian Recipe

Ingredients
For cooking beef strips
  • Beef strips- ½ Kg or 1 lb
  • Soy sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper- ½ tsp
  • Garlic, grated- ½ tbsp
  • Ginger, grated- ½ tbsp
For stir-frying
  • Sesame oil- 1 tbsp
  • Onion, sliced- 1
  • Green pepper, cut into wedges- 1
  • Carrot, cut into wedges- 1
  • Broccoli florets- 1 cup
  • Soy sauce- 3 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce- 3 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper- ¼ tsp (or add 2 tsp chili sauce)
  • Cooked Ramen noodles
  • Dark soy sauce-1/2 tsp
  • Green onions, chopped- 1 stalk
  • Cilantro, chopped- ¼ cup
  • Black or white sesame seeds- ½ tbsp
  • Sesame oil- 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. To a bowl, add beef strips, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ground black pepper, grated ginger & garlic, combine well. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Place a wok over medium heat, add the beef strips & cook covered till the beef has turned tender.
  3. Liquid will ooze out of the beef, cook till most of the liquid has dried off.
  4. Transfer the cooked beef strips along with some liquid to a bowl & keep it aside.
  5. To the same wok, add sesame oil.
  6. Add sliced onion, carrot, green pepper, broccoli and cook till the veggies turn slightly soft.
  7. Add the cooked beef strips, stir-fry everything over high heat for 2 minutes.
  8. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce & ground black pepper (or chili sauce), stir fry.
  9. Add the cooked noodles & stir fry.
  10. Add dark soy sauce & combine well.
  11. Add chopped green onions & cilantro, combine well.
  12. Garnish with sesame seeds & drizzle sesame oil, and stir fry for a minute.
  13. Take the wok off the heat & keep it covered for 5 minutes.
  14. Serve on a plate & enjoy the delicious beef strips noodle stir fry.
