So lately, I&#8217;ve been making juices and smoothies with different fruits, veggies and dry fruits. I prefer fresh homemade juices over any store brought ones. If you have tried drinking homemade fresh orange juice and then drink Tropicana orange juice, you could feel the difference. I agree store bought juices are\u00a0convenient especially in the morning when we are rushing for work. So, mostly in the evening or during weekends I try to make my own version of juices and milk shakes. I dare to combine different kinds of fruits, nuts and veggies while making my juices or smoothies. So far I haven&#8217;t made any weird tasting smoothies, most of the fruits and veggies when blended together seems to get along well.<\/p>\n<p>Last night I tried combining apple and dates, as I didn&#8217;t have any other fruits left in my refrigerator. Pureed apple and dates along with milk and vanilla extract.
