Well, you wouldn&#8217;t find it even if you dig in deep&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ironically this dish is called cauliflower rice or cauli rice, but there is no rice in it. It&#8217;s made using just cauliflower florets which has been smashed into tiny pieces which apparently gives the look of rice. Since it&#8217;s been already named as cauli rice I am not trying for a name change here.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I tried to make this dish more flavorful by adding some Indian spices and it worked really well. You could serve this as a side dish or make a bed of cauli rice on a plate and top it with grilled or baked chicken. It&#8217;s absolutely delish!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Cauliflower Rice<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7552 size-full\" title=\"Cauli rice\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/cauli-rice.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"475\" height=\"317\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/cauli-rice.jpg 475w, https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/cauli-rice-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/cauli-rice-84x55.jpg 84w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 475px) 100vw, 475px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cauliflower, separated into florets- 1 small or use half of the large one<\/li>\n<li>Oil- 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Mustard seeds- 1 tsp (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Cumin seeds- 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Dry red chili, whole- 2<\/li>\n<li>Onion, minced- 1 medium<\/li>\n<li>Ginger, minced- 1 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Garlic, minced- 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Tomato, chopped- 2<\/li>\n<li>Chili powder- 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Coriander powder- 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Cumin powder- 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Tomato sauce-\u00a03 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Soy sauce, low sodium- 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Cilantro, chopped- 1 handful<\/li>\n<li>Salt- to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- p.p1 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px;
