Because it tastes delicious when fried&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In my family, fried hard boiled eggs are served along with biryani and also during special occasions. Once you taste the fried hard boiled eggs, it&#8217;s very hard to go back to just the boiled hard boiled eggs. For health reasons it&#8217;s not a good idea to have the fried ones everyday. However, once in a while you could treat yourself with this delicious fried hard boiled eggs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The marinade for making this is almost the same as used for frying chicken. You first boil the eggs, de-shell it,\u00a0marinate\u00a0them and deep fry till golden brown. marination:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ginger-Garlic paste- 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Chili powder- 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder- 2 pinches<\/li>\n<li>Fennel powder- 1 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Garam masala- 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Ground pepper- 1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Lemon juice- 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Salt- to taste<\/li>\n<li>Water- 1\/2 tbsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruction<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cook the eggs in boiling water for 15 minutes or so.<\/li>\n<li>Let it cool down and gently de-shell the eggs without breaking the eggs..<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, add the above mentioned ingredients to make the
