If you haven&#8217;t tried with tuna, I highly recommend you guys to give it a shot and you&#8217;ll be glad that you tried it. I always use canned tuna, which is cheaper and makes my work much easier. I had already posted the recipe for making <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thasneen.com\/cooking\/category\/recipes\/by-ingredient\/tuna-by-ingredient\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tuna Spinach Cakes<\/a>, the recipe for this one is quite similar to that.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">However, there is a twist in this recipe: to make this cutlet to look like a bird&#8217;s nest I coated the cutlet mixture with vermicelli and fried it. Fried vermicelli made the cutlets crunchy on the outside and gave a real fancy look as well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This cutlet makes a perfect appetizer and your guests will be intrigued by your creativity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bird&#8217;s Nest Tuna Cutlet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7014 size-full\" (optional)- 1 sprig<\/li>\n<li>Garam masala- 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Chili powder- 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder- 1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Fennel powder- 1 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Coriander powder- 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Cumin powder- 1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Cilantro Chopped- 1 handful<\/li>\n<li>Salt- to taste<\/li>\n<li>Oil- 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Potatoes- 3<\/li>\n<li>Eggs, beaten- 2<\/li>\n<li>Vermicelli, broken- as required<\/li>\n<li>Oil- enough for frying<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruction<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drain the water from the canned tuna and keep aside.<\/li>\n<li>Heat a large pan over medium heat.<\/li>\n<li>Add oil, add onion, salt and saute till it turns tender.<\/li>\n<li>Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add curry leaves.<\/li>\n<li>Add tuna to the cooked onions and saute for a few
