And I had only one intention, to make a dish\u00a0combining\u00a0the beef and the veggies in the most easiest way, yet it should open up my senses. Well, I did succeed in it. A hearty irresistible soup loaded with chunks of beef and veggies was the outcome. Now, this is one of my favorite soups.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beef Soup:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/Beef-Soup2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6664\" title=\"Beef- Soup\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/Beef-Soup2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"475\" height=\"317\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/Beef-Soup2.jpg 475w, https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/Beef-Soup2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/Beef-Soup2-84x55.jpg 84w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 475px) 100vw, 475px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients A:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beef, boneless stew cuts, cubed small- 1 pound<\/li>\n<li>Carrots, large, diced- 2<\/li>\n<li>Onions, diced- 2<\/li>\n<li>Celery, diced- 1 stalk<\/li>\n<li>Tomato, diced- 2<\/li>\n<li>Cumin powder- 1 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Chili powder- 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Ground pepper- 1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Oregano dried- 1 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Water- 1 cup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredients B:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Red kidney beans, canned- 1 can, 19 oz<\/li>\n<li>Tomato sauce, low sodium- 2 cups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruction\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cut the beef for stew or boneless beef into small cubes.<\/li>\n<li>In a pressure cooker combine all the above mentioned <strong>&#8220;Ingredients A&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6665 size-full\" title=\"Making beef-soup\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/making-beef-soup.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"475\" height=\"317\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/making-beef-soup.jpg 475w, https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/making-beef-soup-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/making-beef-soup-84x55.jpg 84w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 475px) 100vw, 475px\" \/>Place the pressure cooker over medium heat and place the whistle on it.<\/li>\n<li>Cook until 3 whistles.
