So, when it comes to Chinese dishes, I dare to try mixing the fried chicken in different kinds of sauces. This time, I tried adding peanuts and sesame seeds to the fried saucy chicken. After adding them, I saut\u00e9ed the chicken for a few minutes, the aroma that came out of the dish itself made me feel that\u00a0this dish is going to taste great. I wasn&#8217;t wrong and the dish tasted phenomenal that I tend to make this quite often.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Peanut Sesame Chicken<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/peanut-sesame-chicken13.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4759\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For marinating the Chicken<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chicken, boneless or bone-in, cubed- 1 pound or 1\/2 Kg<\/li>\n<li>Ginger-Garlic paste- 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Ground pepper- 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Egg white, beaten- of 1 egg<\/li>\n<li>Corn flour- 3 tbsp dissolved in 4 tbsp of cold water<\/li>\n<li>Vegetable oil- for deep frying the marinated chicken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Ingredients while saut\u00e9ing the chicken:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sesame oil- 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Ginger, chopped- 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Garlic chopped- 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Red chili flakes- 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Tomato ketchup- 4 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Soy sauce- 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Water- 3 tbsp to thin down the sauce<\/li>\n<li>Peanuts- 1\/4 cup (or add cashew nuts)<\/li>\n<li>Sesame seeds, roasted- 3 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Cilantro, chopped- 1\/4 cup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruction:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marinate the cubed chicken with the above-mentioned ingredients &#8216;for marinating the chicken&#8217; except the vegetable oil for 10 to 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Fry the chicken in oil until crispy and golden in color, keep aside on a kitchen paper towel.<\/li>\n<li>Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add the sesame oil.<\/li>\n<li>To the oil, add chopped ginger, garlic and fry till they start to turn golden.<\/li>\n<li>Now, add the red chili flakes and saute for a second, don&#8217;t burn it.<\/li>\n<li>Immediately, add the tomato ketchup, soy sauce, and saute for a minute.<\/li>\n<li>Add water to thin down the sauce and combine well.<\/li>\n<li>Add the fried chicken to the sauce and coat the chicken evenly with the sauce.<\/li>\n<li>To the chicken add the peanuts or cashew nuts and the roasted sesame seeds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
