I blindly threw few veggies on the griddle along with fried paneer and seasoned the veggies with few sauces. It was a simple stir fry made with less effort and tasted truly delicious.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veggie Noodle Stir Fry<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4180 size-full\" title=\"veggie noodle stir fry\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/veggie-noodle-stir-fry.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"475\" height=\"317\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/veggie-noodle-stir-fry.jpg 475w, https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/veggie-noodle-stir-fry-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 475px) 100vw, 475px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rice Noodles, or any noodles of your choice- 8 oz<\/li>\n<li>Green pepper, diced- 1<\/li>\n<li>Carrots, cut lengthwise- 1<\/li>\n<li>Celery, diced- 1 stalk<\/li>\n<li>Onions. diced- 1<\/li>\n<li>Cabbage, chopped- 1\/4 cabbage<\/li>\n<li>Paneer, fried (frozen)- 8 no&#8217;s (optional) or use Tofu<\/li>\n<li>Soy Sauce, low sodium- 2tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Oyster Sauce- 2tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Ground pepper- 1\/4 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Sesame oil- 2tsp<\/li>\n<li>Non-stick cooking spray- to grease the griddle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruction:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dice the veggies and keep it ready.<\/li>\n<li>Heat up the griddle to 350 F and grease the griddle with non-stick cooking spray.<\/li>\n<li>Spread the veggies on the griddle and let it turn tender.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/veggies-on-griddle.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4181\" title=\"veggies on griddle\" src=\"http:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/veggies-on-griddle.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"475\" height=\"317\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/veggies-on-griddle.jpg 475w, https:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/veggies-on-griddle-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 475px) 100vw, 475px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the meantime cook the noodles: boil water in a pot, season with little salt and put the noodles into the water and cook till soft.<\/li>\n<li>Drain the water from the cooked noodles, add little vegetable oil and stir the noodles, keep aside.
