While in Utah, I felt like I have landed on some other planet, it&#8217;s full of breathtaking views and stunning canyons. I haven&#8217;t yet gotten out of the road\u00a0trip hangover. I was obsessed with griddle cooking and so I threw almost everything that came to my hands on the griddle.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the few dishes I cooked on the griddle.<\/p>\n<p>Cooking on the Griddle menu, Asian Flavors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Asian Shrimp<\/li>\n<li>Vegetable stir fry<\/li>\n<li>Asian Chicken<\/li>\n<li>Asparagus from the griddle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Asian Shrimp from the griddle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/shrimp-from-griddle1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full marination:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soy sauce- 3tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Ground pepper- 2 pinches<\/li>\n<li>Lemon juice- 2tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Chili garlic paste- 1tsp<\/li>\n<li>Garlic minced- 1tsp<\/li>\n<li>Onion, minced- 1tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Cilantro- 2tbsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruction:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soak 2 large skewers in water for an hour so they will not burn on the grill or griddle.<\/li>\n<li>Devein and de-shell the shrimp and wash under running water and keep aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, combine the above mentioned marinating ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Spread the marination on the shrimp, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or so.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thasneen.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/shrimp-marinating.jpg\"><img
