I make curries and stir fries with them. This time I made this Kerala style aviyal.<\/p>\n<p>Aviyal is a traditional Kerala vegetarian dish made with mixed vegetables &amp; ground coconut. It&#8217;s one of the dishes served in Sadhya.<\/p>\n<p>I used the similar aviyal recipe: cooked the shrimp, moringa &amp; raw mangoes, added ground coconut &amp; cooked for a few minutes.
