curry leaves, saute till onions turn golden in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add tomato, cook till tomato has slightly mashed up.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala &amp; salt; combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add prawns, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook covered till prawns have cooked through.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Open the lid, stir fry over high heat till all the liquid has dried off.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">This is a dry roast, take the pan off the heat &amp; keep it aside.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">For making the rice dough: place a large pan over medium heat, add 1 1\/4 cups water &amp; season with salt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Let the water come to a slight boil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add rice flour, using a wooden spoon combine the flour in hot water.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Take the pan off the heat, let the dough cool down a bit.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">While the dough is slightly warm, using your hand knead the dough well, it has to be soft.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Don&#8217;t make into a hard dough.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Divide the dough into small balls.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Take one dough ball, using your fingers flatten the rice ball kept on the palm of your hand.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Make into a small round shape.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place 1 tbsp prawns masala on the centre of the flattened dough.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Gently, shape into a round ball shape.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Repeat with other dough balls, you&#8217;ll be able to make 9 rice balls,<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the prawns stuffed rice balls on a steamer.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Steam cook for 10 to 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">The rice balls will turn soft.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a saucepan over medium heat, add coconut oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add Kashmiri chili powder, turmeric powder, salt &amp; curry leaves.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Fry the masala for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Drop the steamed rice balls onto the masala, combine well, let the masala coat all over the rice balls.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stir fry for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Transfer to a plate &amp;
