There are a few variations, with the simplest version made using just yogurt and tempering.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"251\" data-end=\"625\">Each time I make Moru Curry, I love experimenting with different ingredients. This time, I added pan-fried eggplant to the yogurt and finished it off with an aromatic tempering.
