Recently, I prepared a refreshing Middle Eastern salad featuring a pomegranate molasses dressing that elevated it to the next level. The combination of fresh vegetables, chicken, crunchy textures, and a tangy-sweet dressing made it the perfect dish to savour and share.<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Middle Eastern cuisine has always been a favourite of mine for its bold flavours and wholesome ingredients. This salad draws inspiration from classic dishes like Fattoush but with a twist: a pomegranate molasses dressing that adds a burst of sweet and tangy goodness.
