The other day, I had both shrimp &amp; squid in my freezer, my intention was to make a dish with these. curry leaves, saute till onions turn golden in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add tomato, cook covered till tomato has mashed up.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add all the above mentioned spices, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the shrimp, cook covered for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Open the lid, stir fry till all the liquid has dried out.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Garnish with chopped cilantro.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Take the pan off the heat &amp; keep it covered.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">[b]Stuffing shrimp into squid[\/b]<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">I&#8217;ve taken 5 large squid tubes, wash the squid under running water.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pat dry the squid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stuff 2 to 3 tbsp shrimp roast into the squid tubes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the opening with a toothpick.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the shrimp stuffed squid to a saucepan.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add 1\/2 cup water.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the saucepan with a lid &amp; cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After 10 minutes, take the stuffed squid out of the pan &amp; transfer to a plate.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a bowl, combine chili powder, turmeric powder, salt &amp; add water make into a thick smooth paste.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Spread the marinade over the cooked stuffed squid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a frying pan over medium heat, add 1\/4 cup coconut oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the marinated stuffed squid on the oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pan fry till all the sides have turned golden brown.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">While pan frying, close the pan with a lid as there will be some spluttering.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Transfer to a plate.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Enjoy this absolutely delicious shrimp stuffed squid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERNutrition\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"endeasyrecipe\" style=\"display: none;\">3.5.3251<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Squid &amp;
