My hubs enjoy it too, so I make that quite often, the cutlets taste like chicken cutlets that&#8217;s the reason my Man enjoys it \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Over the years, I&#8217;ve tried making a few dishes with canned tuna. Keep it aside.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">I&#8217;ve cooked 2 whole potatoes in the microwave- potato setting, cook till they are slightly fork tender, don&#8217;t overcook till they have mashed up. Has to be firm.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Or cook the potatoes in boiling water over stovetop.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a large saucepan over medium heat.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add oil, add chopped onions, season with 1\/2 tsp salt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add ginger-garlic paste &amp; curry leaves, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook till onions turn light golden in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add tomato, cook covered till tomatoes have mashed up.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">If the mixture is getting dry, add 2 to 3 tbsp water &amp; cook.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the canned tuna after draining the water from the can, combine well, cook for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add Kashmiri chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala &amp; 1 tsp salt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Combine well &amp; cook for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the diced potatoes, I&#8217;ve added 2 potatoes, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook for 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Increase the heat to high &amp; cook till the potatoes &amp; onions start to turn golden brown in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">This is a dry roast without any gravy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add lemon juice, combine well &amp; finally garnish with chopped cilantro.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Take the pan off the heat &amp; keep it covered for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Serve in a bowl &amp; enjoy with chapati or paratha.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERNutrition\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"endeasyrecipe\" style=\"display: none;\">3.5.3251<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tuna &amp; potatoes made into a delicious roast&#8230; I always have canned tuna in my pantry, one of my favorite dishes to make with canned tuna is tuna cutlets.
