It is a nutritious and gluten-free dish that is commonly consumed for breakfast. Ragi, or finger millet, is a whole grain that is rich in protein &amp; nutrients such as calcium, iron, and fiber, making it a healthy choice.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare ragi puttu, the ragi flour is mixed with water and salt to form a crumbly texture. This mixture is then layered with grated coconut and steamed in a special puttu maker for a few minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Healthy &amp; steaming hot ragi puttu will be ready in a matter of minutes.
