stored in an air-tight container.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">I&#8217;m using an Instant Pot for pressure cooking, or use a regular pressure cooker instead.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Turn on saute setting, medium temperature.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Let the stainless steel pot turn hot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add coconut oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add 2 tbsp crushed ginger &amp; garlic (3 garlic cloves &amp; 2-inch slice ginger) &amp; dried bay leaves, saute for a minute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the sliced shallots, or add small onions sliced.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the sliced onions, season with 1 tsp salt &amp; saute for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add green chilies &amp; curry leaves, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chopped tomato, combine well, saute for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the prepared spice mix, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add coriander powder, turmeric powder &amp; \u00bd tsp more salt, saute for a minute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the mutton chops, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Ensure the pot hasn&#8217;t turned brown.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">I didn&#8217;t add water, while pressure cooking liquid will ooze out of mutton, onions &amp; tomatoes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the pot with the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cancel saute setting.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select pressure cook setting, set the time to 25 minutes at high pressure.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After pressure cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes &amp; then do a quick pressure release.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Open the lid, mutton chops will. be cooked perfectly.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">There will be some liquid in the pot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">If you want the gravy to be thick, select saute setting &amp;
