I&#8217;ve used Eastern brand.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">To a blender jar, add roasted rice flour, egg, salt, coconut milk &amp; water. Blend to a smooth batter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pour the batter to a bowl, the batter should have a thin consistency.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Let the pan turn hot, if needed grease the pan with oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pour a large spoonful of batter onto the pan, swirl the pan let the batter coat the sides of the pan.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook for a few minutes, the sides will turn crispy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Gently fold the crepe lengthwise or into a triangle shape.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Transfer to a plate, enjoy with any kind of curries.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">This crepe tastes delish with chicken, mutton &amp;
