(Don&#8217;t let the cumin seeds turn brown).<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add onion &amp; mixed veggies, saute for a minute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">I&#8217;ve taken carrot &amp; beans cut small, peas &amp; corn kernels.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add all the spices &amp; salt, any kind of spices or seasonings of your choice can be added.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add 2 1\/4 cup water.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add 2 cups of rinsed white basmati rice.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In the Instant Pot, for cooking rice it&#8217;s not 1 cup rice &amp; 2 cups water ratio.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">For 2 cups rice, only 2 1\/4 cups water is required.
