Today, I’m bringing a taste of China to your kitchen with my Chinese-style soy tuna, broccoli soy sauce stir-fry, and green beans soy sauce stir-fry.

I find broccoli & soy sauce get along so well, if you’re someone who dislikes broccoli try stir-frying broccoli with soy sauce I’m pretty sure you’re gonna love it.

Whenever I buy tuna steaks, I like to pan fry them (I like well-done tuna so I tend to pan fry rather than searing) after seasoning with ground black pepper & salt & while pan frying I add soy sauce, sesame seeds & sesame oil. If you like seared tuna, you can sear it at high heat & cook for 2 minutes on each side.

These dishes are not only easy to prepare but also bursting with savory flavors that will leave your taste buds dancing.

Let’s dive into this simple yet satisfying meal!

Chinese Style Meal – Soy Tuna, Broccoli Soy Sauce Stir Fry & Green Beans Soy Sauce Stir Fry

Recipe Type: Main

Cuisine: Chinese

Author: Thasneen

Prep time: 10 mins

Cook time: 40 mins

Total time: 50 mins

Ingredients

Soy Tuna Steaks

Tuna steaks- 2 or more (3 oz each)

Ground black pepper- a few pinches/steak

Salt- 2 pinches/steak

Sesame oil- 1 tbsp

Soy sauce, light- 2 tbsp

Sesame seeds- 1 tbsp (white or black)

Green beans soy sauce stir fry

Oil- 1 tbsp

Garlic, chopped- 2 cloves

Shallots, sliced- 3 large

Green beans, whole- 20 beans

Water- 1/4 to 1/2 cup

Soy sauce, light- 2 tbsp

Sesame seeds- 1 tbsp

Sesame oil- 1 tsp

Broccoli soy sauce stir fry

Oil- 1 tbsp

Garlic, chopped- 2 cloves

Shallots, sliced- 3 large

Broccoli florets- 4 cups

Water- 1/4 to 1/2 cup

Soy sauce, light- 2 tbsp

Sesame seeds- 1 tbsp

Sesame oil- 1 tsp

Instructions

Making soy tuna steaks

I’ve taken 2 tuna steaks, 3 oz each.

Season the tuna with ground black pepper & salt.
