Fry them in batches.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Fry till both sides turn golden in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">These vadas will be really crispy outside &amp; soft inside, can be enjoyed as it is.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">[b]Making mint chutney[\/b]<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add all the ingredients mentioned for making mint chutney to a blender jar &amp; puree till smooth.
