The beauty of one-pot meals is that we can cook everything in one pot, from the protein to the vegetables and the starch. And who doesn&#8217;t enjoy minimal clean-up after cooking?<\/p>\n<p>In this dish, I&#8217;ve mixed chicken, mixed vegetables &amp; vermicelli.
