Instead of shrimp baby scallops can also be used.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a wok over medium heat, add 1 tbsp sesame oil &amp; add the shrimp.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook till the liquid has dried off &amp; shrimp turns light golden brown in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Keep aside the shrimp.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">To the same wok, add 1 tbsp sesame oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the sliced garlic &amp; ginger, saute till golden in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add green onions, saute for a minute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the mixed veggies &amp; cook till veggies turn slightly soft, don&#8217;t overcook the veggies.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stir fry over high heat for 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add sambal oeloek, 1 tbsp soy sauce &amp; 1 1\/2 tbsp oyster sauce, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stir fry for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the cooked shrimp &amp; combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the udon noodles, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add 1\/4 cup water &amp; cook covered for 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp hoisin sauce &amp; 1 tsp dark soy sauce, stir fry for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Don&#8217;t add more than a tsp of dark soy sauce, it has an intense taste that will make the noodles brown in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stir fry over high heat for 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chopped cilantro, sesame seeds &amp; 1 tsp sesame oil, stir fry for a minute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Serve on a plate &amp; enjoy this flavorful &amp; absolutely delicious shrimp udon noodle stir fry.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERNutrition\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"endeasyrecipe\" style=\"display: none;\">3.5.3251<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shrimp &amp; mixed veggies udon noodle stir fry, the best recipe&#8230; I swear this is better than restaurant style &amp; has turned into one of my favorite noodle stir fry.
