rinse in water.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">I\u2019m using Instant Pot for cooking this curry, regular pressure cooker can be used.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Turn on the Instant Pot, select saute setting, select medium temperature.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add oil, dried bay leaves, onions &amp; salt; saute for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, cook for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add all the spices &amp; salt; combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the soaked chickpeas, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add water, mix well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the pot with the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select pressure cook setting, set the time to 30 minutes at high pressure.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After 30 minutes of pressure cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes &amp; then do a quick pressure release.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Open the lid, combine everything well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add coconut milk &amp; combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select saute setting &amp;
