for roasting.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Half the pumpkin &amp; dice them into large chunks.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Save the pumpkin seeds, we can roast the seeds &amp; top the soup.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Using a peeler, peel off the skin.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Dice up the pumpkin.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the peeled &amp; diced pumpkin along with red lentils &amp; 1 tsp salt to the stainless steel pot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chicken stock or vegetable stock, or a combination of water &amp; chicken bouillon cube.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the pot with the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select pressure cook setting, set the time to 15 minutes at high pressure.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After 15 minutes of pressure cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes &amp; then do a quick pressure release.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Open the lid, using a spoon mash up the pumpkins.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pumpkins will be completely mashed up, so don&#8217;t have to puree in a blender.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select saute setting, temperature should be medium.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add curry powder, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add coconut milk, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook for 4 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">If the soup is too thick, add chicken stock to thin it down.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add lemon juice &amp; cilantro. Combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Take the pot out of the main pot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Serve in soup bowls, top with roasted pumpkin seeds.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">[b]How to make air fried pumpkin seeds[\/b]<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Clean the pumpkin seeds under running water, pat dry with a paper towel.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add paprika, a few pinches of ground black pepper &amp; salt. Combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add to the air fryer basket.
