Rinse under running water.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pat dry with a kitchen paper towel.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Half the cauliflower &amp; then slice it vertically- 1-inch slice.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">If the cauliflower breaks apart into florets, don&#8217;t worry we can bake the florets as well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a bowl, add all the ingredients mentioned for making the flour mix. Combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In another wide bowl, crack an egg &amp; beat well using a whisk.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">First, dip the cauliflower slices or florets in the beaten egg.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">And then dip in the flour mix &amp; coat well. Keep aside on a plate.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">This can be made ahead of time &amp; kept in the refrigerator for a few hours.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">I&#8217;m using my Instant Pot duo crisp &amp; air fryer to bake the cauliflower.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">You can also use an air fryer or bake in an oven.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the stainless steel pot into the main pot, place the air fryer basket in it, place the broil tray in the air fryer basket.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Line the broil tray with parchment paper.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the breaded cauliflower slices &amp; florets.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Spray with non-stick cooking spray.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close with the air fryer lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select the bake setting. Set temperature to 350 F or 175 C, time 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After 15 minutes of baking, open the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cauliflower will not be baked perfectly, we will do another round of baking after topping with sauce &amp; cheese.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a bowl, add all the sauce ingredients &amp; combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Spread the sauce over the baked cauliflower slices &amp; dip the florets in the sauce &amp; place on the parchment paper.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Top with parmesan or mozzarella cheese.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close with the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select bake, the temperature should be 350 F or 175 C. Time 8 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After 8 minutes of baking, the cheese will turn golden &amp; crispy &amp; the cauliflower will be baked perfectly.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Transfer to a plate &amp; enjoy right away.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Tastes &amp; smells like pizza, crispy &amp; delicious goodness.
