slice each half lengthwise, total of 5 slices.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Season with ground black pepper &amp; salt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a wide pan over medium heat, add olive oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the eggplants on the pan, seasoned side down<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Season the other side with ground black pepper &amp; salt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook till both the sides turn golden brown in color, flip over a few times.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Don&#8217;t let the eggplant turn mushy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Transfer to a plate &amp; keep it aside.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a bowl, combine ground beef along with all the ingredients for making ground beef patties.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Make into medium-sized patties.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">I&#8217;ve air-fried the patties.
