cook till both sides have turned golden brown &amp; the inside has cooked through.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Transfer the chicken to a plate &amp; keep them covered.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">I&#8217;ve used the same pan for making the sauce.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Using a wooden spatula, scrape off the particles stuck to the pan.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add olive oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add garlic, saute till golden in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add shallots, season with 1\/2 tsp salt, stir fry till shallots turn golden in color.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add tomato paste, dried oregano &amp; paprika, combine well; cook for a minute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add water, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add 1\/2 tsp more salt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the pan fried chicken on the sauce, cover the chicken with the sauce.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Remove the pan from the heat, keep it covered.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">[b]Making Parmesan Zucchini Noodles[\/b]<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Peel the skin off the zucchinis.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">I&#8217;ve used a spiralizer to make spirals or noodle shapes out of the zucchini.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Or use a peeler &amp; peel the zucchini lengthwise.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a wide pan over medium heat.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add oil, add dried chili flakes, saute for a few seconds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the zucchini noodles, gently combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook for 3 minutes till zucchini turns soft.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Don&#8217;t over cook the zucchini, will turn mushy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add ground pepper, paprika &amp; salt, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Finally, add parmesan cheese, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Remove the pan from the heat.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">On a plate, serve the zucchini noodles, spread some tomato mushroom sauce &amp;
