Separate the florets &amp; soak in warm water for 15 minutes, that way any tiny bugs will be released into the water.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Grate the florets in a food processor, keep aside.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a wok over medium heat.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add sesame oil, ginger-garlic; saute till light golden.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add green onions, saute for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add onions, saute till translucent.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add shredded carrots, stir fry for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add green pepper, stir fry.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the grated cauliflower, stir fry.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook covered for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">If it&#8217;s turning dry, add water &amp; stir fry till cauliflower turns soft.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Increase the heat to high, stir fry till cauliflower turns light golden brown.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the sauces, stir fry for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add sesame seeds, cilantro &amp; lemon juice, stir fry for a minute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Finally, add sesame oil. Give everything a fabulous mix.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Remove the wok from the heat, keep it covered.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">[b]Making Air fried salmon[\/b]<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">I&#8217;ve taken 2 salmon steaks, any kind of fish can be used.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add all the spices mentioned &#8216;for marinating salmon&#8217; along with lemon juice, spread over the salmon.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Let marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">I&#8217;ve used Instant Pot duo crisp &amp; air fryer. Any air fryer can be used.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the air fryer basket into the stainless steel pot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the broil tray into the air fryer basket.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Grease the broil tray with non-stick cooking spray.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the marinated salmon on the broil tray.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the pot with the air fryer lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select air fry setting, set the time to 15 minutes at 400 F temperature.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After 15 minutes of air frying, open the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Gently, take the salmon out of the broil tray.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">On a plate, serve Asian style cauli rice &amp; top with air fried salmon.
