This is my favorite recipe &amp; turns out perfect every single time.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve air-fried the wings in my Instant Pot air fryer. Don&#8217;t skip this step.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">I&#8217;ve used Instant Pot duo crisp &amp; air fryer, place the stainless steel pot in the main pot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the air fryer basket in the stainless steel pot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the broil tray into the air fryer basket.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Line the broil tray with parchment paper. Clean up will be easy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After an hour long resting, coat the chicken wings again with the flour mix.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the wings on the parchment paper. Don&#8217;t stack them up.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">If you have more wings, air fry in batches.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Spray with non-stick cooking spray on the wings.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the pot with the air fryer lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select air fry setting, temperature 375 F, time 25 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In the meantime, let&#8217;s make the sauce.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place a saucepan over medium heat, add butter let melt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the hot sauce. Based on your heat level add mild, medium or hot sauce.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add garlic powder &amp; ground black pepper, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook the sauce till it starts to boil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Remove the pan from the heat &amp; keep it covered.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After 25 minutes of air frying, open the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Flip the wings over.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the pot with the air fryer lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select air fry setting, temperature 400 F, time 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After 15 minutes of air frying, open the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Chicken wings will be crispy &amp; juicy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Transfer the wings to a large bowl.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pour the hot sauce over the wings, toss them in the sauce.
