The temperature should be normal or medium.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Let the stainless steel pot turn hot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add ghee, add cardamoms &amp; dried bay leaves. Saute for a few seconds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the mixed vegetables &amp; ginger-garlic paste.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the spices, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Saute for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Take the white basmati rice in a strainer, rinse under running water.
