Cover the bowl with a cling wrap.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Let marinate for 3 hours or overnight.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After 3 hours of marination, place the lamb loin chops in the stainless steel pot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the liquid that&#8217;s in the bowl.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Rinse the bowl with 1\/2 cup water, add that to the pot.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the pot with the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select Pressure cook setting, set time to 3 minutes at high pressure.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After 3 minutes of pressure cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes &amp; then do a quick pressure release.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Open the lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Succulent &amp; tender lamb loin chops are ready.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Transfer the lamb chops to a plate.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Next, let&#8217;s air fry the chops.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">I&#8217;ve used Instant Pot duo crisp &amp; air fryer.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the stainless steel pot in the main pot, place the air fryer basket &amp; broil tray.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Grease the broil tray with 1 tbsp oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the pressure-cooked lamb chops on the tray.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Garnish with some rosemary &amp; spread will oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the pot with the air fryer lid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select air fry, set temperature to 400 F &amp; time to 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After 10 minutes of air frying, lamb loin chops will have a beautiful golden-brown crust.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Transfer to a plate &amp; keep covered.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">There will be some liquid left in the pot after pressure cooking.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Let&#8217;s turn that into a delicious gravy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add butter &amp; mushrooms to the liquid.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Adding mushrooms is optional.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Select Saute setting at medium temperature.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook the mushrooms for 2 to 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add milk or cream, let the liquid come to a slight boil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a bowl, combine cornstarch &amp; water, add to the liquid, combine well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">The gravy will thicken right away.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Remove the pot from the main pot.
